Fast jedes vierte Einfamilienhaus war 2022 ein Fertighaus
Fast jedes vierte im vergangenen Jahr fertiggestellte Einfamilienhaus (22,8 Prozent) in Deutschland ist ein vorgefertigtes Haus aus der Fabrik. Wie das Statistische Bundesamt am Dienstag mitteilte, wurden 2022 rund 17.600 Einfamilien-Fertighäuser errichtet, drei Prozent mehr als im Vorjahr. Der Neubau von Einfamilienhäusern in konventioneller Bauweise ging hingegen um 2,7 Prozent auf rund 59.500 zurück. Im Jahr 2012 hatte der Anteil der Fertighäuser an den Einfamilienhäusern noch bei 15,3 Prozent gelegen.
